摘要: We present here a detailed theory of electronic surface quantum states in low magnetic field, as well their effects on the microwave impedance. A marked oscillatory structure absorption function field has been carefully observed by Khaikin and Koch et al. The quantized levels are bound electrons trapped against field. Even though these somewhat analogous to Landau levels, they have considerably different properties. Resonant transitions between give rise series spectral lines impedance, just cyclotron resonance is result levels. effect essentially nature, however. considerable amount quantitative information can be extracted from experimental data. Fermi velocity, radius curvature surface, mean free time at certain points obtained. Most novel, however, fact that one extract scattering impact angle.
