摘要: Abstract An important aspect of Design for the Life Cycle is assessing disassemblability products. After an artifact has completed its useful life, it must be disassembled then recycled, remanufactured or scrapped. Disassemblability a product can evaluated by performing disassembly activities on prototypes. Virtual prototyping (VP) alternative to hardware in which analysis designs done without manufacturing physical samples. In recent years, processes have been generated either using interactive automated approaches, but these approaches limitations. Interactive require extensive user input usually form answering questions, whereas only used generate products with simple component configuration and geometry. this paper techniques are combined, VP, complete design. To support generation product, virtual environment VP method were developed that will performed designer. The model prototype from CAD model. process reasoning interactively disassembling environment. Extensions automatic compute ranges feasible directions removal facilitate process. A scheme represent evaluation was implemented. Chrysler LHS center console illustrate our approach generating via VP.
