摘要: Background and aims To date, no systematic approach to identifying the content characteristics of psychological interventions used reduce gambling or problem has been developed. This study aimed develop a reliable classification system capable intervention that could, potentially, account for greater lesser effectiveness. Results The final taxonomy, entitled Gambling System CharacTerization (GIST), included 35 categories These assigned four groups: (a) types change techniques (18 categories; e.g., cognitive restructuring relapse prevention), (b) participant (6 e.g., recruitment strategy remuneration policy), (c) delivery conduct (11 e.g., modality therapist involvement), (d) evaluation (e.g., type control group).
