摘要: A vegetable is the edible component of a plant including leaves, stalks, roots, tubers, bulbs, flowers and seeds. In mushrooms, fruiting body usually organ interest. With exception certain seeds, tissues are low in protein. Water, fibre, starch, vitamins, minerals some lipids principal components. general, pH tissue range 5–7. Since overall composition very favourable, growth numerous microbial species can be expected if adequate moisture present.
