摘要: Early development in many animals is programmed by maternal mRNAs inherited the fertilized egg. Many of these RNAs are translationally dormant immature oocytes, but recruited onto polysomes during meiotic maturation or fertilization. Polyadenylation plays a major role controlling translation mRNA times development. Polyadenylation, turn, dependent upon two cis elements that reside 3'-terminal region responsive mRNAs. In cases, factors interact with regions have been examined. The half-life also regulated polyadenylation, which again controlled elements. recent literature covering topics reviewed.
