Rare earth doping into optical nonlinear nanocrystalline phase in transparent TeO2-based glass-ceramics

摘要: Abstract Optically transparent rare earth (Ln)-doped glass-ceramics based on the system K 2 O–Nb O 5 –TeO have been prepared, and effect of Ln additions crystallization behaviors optical properties has examined. The lattice constant TeO -based metastable nonlinear nanocrystalline phase (average particle size: 3+ with small ionic radii such as Er or Tm stabilizes crystalline phase, giving significant transformation in glasses. From phonon sideband spectra associated D 0 → 7 F transition Eu , it is found that both energy electron coupling strength for are smaller than those precursor glass. upconversion fluorescence intensity around 550 nm due to 4 S 3/2 I 15/2 strong (about 20 times) compared
