摘要: Critical concentrations, aggregation numbers, and effective micellar charges of the amphiphilic drug propranolol hydrochloride have been determined from static light scattering measurements at 25 °C in presence added electrolyte (0.0−0.5 mol kg-1 NaCl). Photon correlation spectroscopy (dynamic scattering) has shown an increase size with concentration. To quantify interaction between aggregates, data interpreted by DLVO theory. Micellar properties application mass action theory to concentration dependence 1H NMR chemical shifts confirming results obtained scattering.
