摘要: Das chemische Grundgerust der Salizylsaure besteht aus einem Benzolring mit einer Hydroxylgruppe sowie Carboxylgruppe (Phenolcarbonsaure bzw. Hydroxyben- zoesaure), wobei die Orthoform (Salizylsaure) Hydroxylgruppe, nicht aber Meta- und Paraformen, wirksam sind. Die Salze Ester heisen Sa- lizylate. Derivate werden eingesetzt als 1 Zeilschadigend wirkende Substanzen (z. B. das obsolete Wintergrunol, eine Art fruhes „Naturaspirin“; bakteriostatisch Tuberkulosemittel PAS; Zellgifte Sulfasalazin Mesalamin, zur Eindammung chronischer proliferativer Darmentzundungen werden); 2 saure antipyretische Analgetika, entweder ein Prodrug fur (Salsa- lat) oder Salizylamid (Ethenzamid, Sulfasalazin) darstellen.
