MicroRNAs of the miR-17∼92 family are critical regulators of TFH differentiation

摘要: Follicular helper T cells (T(FH) cells) provide critical help to B during humoral immune responses. Here we report that mice with cell-specific deletion of the miR-17∼92 family microRNAs (miRNAs) had substantially compromised T(FH) differentiation, germinal-center formation and antibody responses failed control chronic viral infection. Conversely, expression a transgene encoding spontaneously accumulated developed fatal immunopathology. Mechanistically, controlled migration CD4(+) into cell follicles by regulating signaling intensity from inducible costimulator ICOS kinase PI(3)K suppressing phosphatase PHLPP2. Our findings demonstrate an essential role for in differentiation establish PHLPP2 as important mediator their function this process.
