摘要: This study uses single cell network profiling (SCNP) to characterize biological pathways associated with in vitro resistance or sensitivity chemotherapeutics commonly used acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (i.e. cytarabine/daunorubicin, gemtuzumab ozogamicin (GO), decitabine, azacitidine, clofarabine). Simultaneous measurements at the level of changes DNA damage, apoptosis and signaling pathway responses AML blasts incubated above drugs showed distinct profiles for each sample mechanistically different between classes agents. Studies are ongoing assess clinical predictive value these findings.
