摘要: Altered growth factor responses in phospho-protein-driven signaling networks are crucial to cancer cell survival and pathology. Profiles of might therefore identify mechanisms by which such cells interpret environmental cues for continued growth. Using multiparameter flow cytometry, we monitored phospho-protein acute myeloid leukemia at the single level. By exposing potentiating inputs, rather than relying upon basal levels protein phosphorylation alone, could discern unique network profiles that correlated with genetics disease outcome. Strikingly, individual cancers manifested multiple subsets profiles, reflecting heterogeneity level response. The results revealed a dramatic remodeling cells. Thus, measurements reveal shifts potential network, allowing categorizing phenotypes multidimensional molecular signaling.
