摘要: Abstract This is a case report of an unusual vascular graft infection involving invasive Aspergillus species with associated vertebral osteomyelitis. Successful treatment was obtained by incision, extra-anatomic bypass, and prolonged antibiotic therapy. To our knowledge this the first successful aortic prosthetic graft.
