摘要: The paper focuses on identifying the methods useful for improving process of creating an innovation ­friendly environment. For this purpose, conditions activity in industry were investigated, and expert evaluation selected knowledge assessment importance skills successful development innovations car­ ried out. work referred to analysis sources scientific information, a sociological inquiry personnel industrial enterprises, correlation evaluation. study has found that building environment, psychology creativity, management, formation implementation innova­ tion strategy, risk business sales organization are particular importance. A situation companies shown currently existing various groups employees with different point view surveyed parameter. Managers, workers, engineers other staff have opinions knowledge, therefore well thought­out policy is required wider innovative activities. directives such must available everyone.
