摘要: Solitary fibrous tumors of the liver (SFTL) are uncommon tumors; to present day, less than 50 cases has been reported in English scientific literature, most which behaved as benign tumors. The article reports a new case SFTL and main purpose updating current knowledge because due its rarity, clinical presentation, study, treatment, prognosis not well known. radiologic surgical immunohistochemical updated comprehensively discussed. Using common search engines, literature was conducted for “Solitary Fibrous Tumor Liver,” relevant articles were retrieved, reviewed, analyzed. All published anecdotal SFTLs, or SFTLs included large series analyzing solitary on different sites. is an neoplasm. presentation habitually indolent behavior uncertain. In some cases, acts aggressive sarcoma with poor prognosis. Currently, only surgery offers therapeutic opportunity these patients. Due lack long-term supposedly specific therapies, methodical follow-up essential ensure survival patients treated SFTL.
