摘要: Dynamic stabilization of the degenerated spine was invented to overcome negative side effects fusion surgery like adjacent segment degeneration. Amongst various different implants DSS® is a pedicle-based dynamic device for stabilizing and preserving motion. Nearly no clinical data implant have been reported so far. The current analysis presents results from single surgeon who has using past 5 years recorded all treatment outcome in international Spine Tango registry. From prospectively documented overall patient pool 436 cases treated with could be identified. enhanced mailing COMI questionnaires generating longer-term follow-ups up 4 years. 387 patients (189 male, 198 female; mean age 67.3 years) degenerative lumbar spinal disease including spondylolisthesis (6.1 %) evaluated. type degeneration mainly stenosis (89.9 %). After follow-up 1.94 years, score NRS back leg pain improved significantly clinically relevant extent. postoperative trend not determine deterioration these outcomes until 4 years postoperative. 10 were revised (2.6 %) removed; most cases, performed. Another 5 (1.3 %) had an extension system level. 84.2 % rated that helped lot or helped. this large consecutive series demonstrate good stable after posterior DSS®. For diseases spine, seems valid alternative surgery.
