摘要: We examined neurocognitive correlates of three dimensions schizotypy in 63 healthy first degree relatives schizophrenia patients. Neurocognitive measures attention, verbal memory, and prefrontal functioning were combined with self-report interview schizotypy. State-psychopathology (anxiety depression) was a strong predictor for positive (PS) negative (NS). PS slightly correlated to long-term therefore weakly supporting the hypothesis that temporal-limbic malfunctioning underlies PS. NS not any measure, no evidence found NS. Disorganization (DS) strongly false alarm variable Continuous Performance Test (CPT), probably orbitofrontal underlying DS. This correlational pattern DS echoes closely two studies reporting relationship between formal thought disorder CPT variable. similarity, across samples, may be considered as alarms on (subtle) problems goal directedness thinking are indicators genetically determined vulnerability schizophrenia.
