摘要: The plant hormone auxin is a key player in the regulation of growth and development. Despite numerous studies devoted to understanding its role wide spectrum physiological processes, full appreciation function linked comprehensive determination spatio-temporal distribution, which plays crucial mode action. Conjugation fluorescent tracers hormones enables sensitive specific visualization their subcellular tissue-specific localization transport planta, represents powerful tool for physiology. However, date, only few fluorescently labeled auxins have been developed. We report synthesis four novel derivatives indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) form conjugate with nitrobenzoxadiazole (NBD) fluorophore together validation biological activity. These compounds, unlike other previously reported at N1 position (nitrogen indole ring), do not possess activity but rather show dose-dependent inhibition auxin-induced effects, such as primary root inhibition, hair reporter DR5::GUS expression. Moreover, study demonstrates importance character linker optimal choice labeling site preparation important variables influencing properties.
