摘要: Coronary heart disease (CHD) stems from the interplay between genetic and environmental factors. However, modifiable factors, especially diet lifestyle, are largely responsible for increased risk of CHD at population levels. Although cigarette smoking, obesity, physical inactivity well-established causes CHD, role specific dietary factors has not been clearly defined until more recently. Cumulative evidence indicates that types fats carbohydrates important than total amounts in determining CHD. Epidemiologic clinical trial data strongly support patterns rich fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts can reduce Diet lifestyle modification, combined with pharmacologic treatment hypertension high lipid levels (if necessary), could prevent vast majority events.
