Herein, we evaluated the association DDX60 expression with tumorigenesis squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). was examined by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarray slides 494 OSCC patients, including 180 buccal mucosal SCC (BMSCC), 241 tongue (TSCC), 73 lip (LSCC) patients. significantly increased all three subsites compared its tumor adjacent normal tissues. However, specific cavity subsite after stratification betel quid chewing, smoking, drinking. Among higher levels were associated male gender, a well-differentiated tumor, advanced stage disease, large size features. LSCC patients high showed shorter disease-specific survival, particularly those moderately or poorly differentiated tumors. Additionally, TSCC poor disease-free survival (DFS), Therefore, is novel unfavorable biomarker for subsite-specific manner.
