摘要: Pain is a burdensome symptom that can commonly exist chronically along the cancer trajectory. Uncontrolled pain will impact on patients' quality of life, even further negatively affect survivors' employment. Based systemic reviews studies for past 10 years, paper reported although there enormous advancement knowledge and management, still documented undertreatment globally. Additionally, distress significant portion survivors. The in survivors distinct from related with cancer, instead emphasize treatment, such as neuropathic pain, muscular syndrome. Evidence-based management common problems lacking. Further are needed to understand develop effective strategies helping manage their pain.
