摘要: Objective This longitudinal study examined whether goal adjustment capacities (i.e., disengagement and reengagement) would predict breast cancer survivors' emotional well-being physical health by facilitating high levels of activity low sedentary activity. Methods Self-reports were measured among 176 female survivors at baseline. Self-reports activity, daily affect, symptoms (e.g., nausea or pain) baseline 3-month follow-up. Results Goal reengagement predicted positive affect increases in over 3 months. The combination was associated with particularly large affect. effects on mediated the interaction effect changes activity. Conclusions Goal can exert beneficial adaptive activity.
