摘要: This paper studied the synthesis, characterization and use of magnetic chitosan nanogel for carrying meleimidic compounds. The hydrogel polymer was prepared using O-carboxymethylchitosan, which crosslinked with epichlorohydrin subsequent incorporation iron oxide nanoparticles. revealed that material comprises about 10% hydrogel. is comprised magnetite maghemite exhibits ferro–ferrimagnetic behavior. average particle size 4.2 nm. There high efficiency maleimides in nanogel. release sustained character there a greater when an external field applied. mathematical model best explained process drug by Peppas–Sahlin. proved to be excellent candidate drug-delivery systems.
