摘要: A general one-pot hydrothermal process was used to prepare different sizes of Fe3O4 nanoparticles dispersed on hydroxyapatite nanorods with CTAB as a surfactant. We also explore the role reaction temperature and surfactant crystallinity formation rod like morphology HAp. The obtained are systematically studied by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) EDS for elemental mapping, transmission (TEM), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) nitrogen sorptometry vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). as-synthesized Fe3O4/HAp nanocomposites further explored study pH dependent protein adsorption controlled release using hemoglobin (Hb) model protein. maximum (Qo) 166.67 mg g−1 is observed nanocomposite it increases 200.07 upon increasing concentration nanoparticles. sustained Hb at various values 4.0, 7.4 9.0 in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution room temperature. lower values. dosage vitro cytotoxicity assays performed confirm biocompatibility prepared samples.
