摘要: Abstract Objective. The aim of this study was to describe the first sentinel groin node metastasis detected by technetium-labeled nanocolloid in a patient with cervical carcinoma. Method. Preoperatively, 60 mBq nannocolloid injected at 3 and 9 o'clock uterine cervix. Sentinel nodes were using handheld laparoscopic probe (Navigator) removed for pathological assessment. Results. A 52-year-old diagnosed FIGO stage IIA squamous carcinoma referred our unit. On physical examination bulky tumor 1.5-cm enlarged left inguinal lymph found. No other abnormalities seen on pelvic MRI scan CT abdomen lower pelvis. Preoperative lymphoscintigraphy showed that three located right obturator fossa nodes. They easily using, respectively, hand-held removed. As both contained metastatic deposits, treated combination chemotherapy radiotherapy. Conclusion. Inguinal can rarely be patients cancer
