摘要: Photoacoustic imaging is an emerging technique which inherits the merits of optical and ultrasonic imaging. However, classical photoacoustic mainly makes use time-domain parameters signals. In contrast to previous studies, we theoretically investigate spectral characteristics signal from stochastic distributed particles. The slope extracted used for describing signal. Both Gaussian spherical distributions absorption in particles are considered. For both situations, monotonically decreased with increase particle size. addition, quantitative relationship between system factors, including laser pulse envelope, directivity ultrasound transducer, bandwidth, analyzed. Finally, idealized phantom experiment performed validate analyses examine instrument independent slope. This work provides a theoretical framework new experimental evidence spectrum analysis could be helpful tissue evaluation based on I. Introduction
