摘要: A pathogenesis-related protein (PgPR5) gene that isolated from the leaf of Panax ginseng was characterized. The ORF is 756 bp with a deduced amino acid sequence 251 residues. calculated molecular mass matured approximately 27.5 kDa predicated isoelectric point 7.80. GenBank BlastX search revealed PgPR5 shares highest similarity to PR5 Actinidia deliciosa (80% identity, 87% similarity). has C-terminal and N-terminal signal peptide, suggesting it vacuolar secreted protein. expression under various environmental stresses analyzed at different time points using real-time PCR. Our results reveal induced by salt stress, chilling heavy metal, UV, pathogen infection. These suggest could play role in defence response abiotic attack. This first report isolation P. ginseng.
