摘要: Accumulating evidence indicates that microRNAs (miRNAs) are aberrantly expressed in human cancer and contribute to the tumorigenesis, but their roles pancreatic still largely unknown. In this study, our data showed miR-130b was significantly downregulated 52 pairs of tissues five cell lines. Furthermore, deregulated correlated with worse prognosis, increased tumor size, late TNM stage, lymphatic invasion distant metastasis. Multivariate analysis expression a significant independent prognostic predictor for patients. Functional studies indicated overexpression dramatically suppressed proliferation cells both vitro vivo, which could be attributed induction apoptosis cycle arrest at S phase. Meanwhile, an overexpressed remarkably inhibited invasive ability cells. Moreover, dual luciferase assay revealed STAT3 directly targeted by miR-130b, further confirmed inverse samples. Our findings suggested might have considerable potential prognosis identification application therapy cancer.
