摘要: Expression vectors capable of being replicated in lactic acid bacterial cells comprising a promoter region (a) sequence element, the function which is regulatable by an environmental or growth condition factor and (b) at least one further nucleotide position, orientation, presence and/or element has regulatory effect on expression gene operably linked to vectors, said elements modified relative corresponding non-modified whereby altered, bacterium transformed with such vector as defined above are provided. The recombinant containing inducible system useful food feed starter cultures strains for production products pharmaceutically immunologically active compounds including oligo- polypeptides derived from Mycobacterium species M. tuberculosis.
