[Ultrasound and guided aspiration puncture in delayed bleeding of splenic rupture (author's transl)].

摘要: We report on ultrasonic findings 6 patients who suffered from subcapsular or delayed traumatic bleeding of the spleen. All had been hospitalized in our department internal medicine because a misinterpretation their clinical symptoms. In 4 we secured intraperitoneal with ultrasonically guided fine needle aspiration puncture. case suspected ruptured spleen suggest tomography puncture at beginning diagnostic measures before invasive procedures (peritoneal lavage, angiography) and during follow-up.
