摘要: BiOCl nanosheets were deposited on anodized TiO2 nanotube arrays (NTAs) by sequential chemical bath deposition method to get BiOCl/TiO2 NTAs for photoelectrochemical detection of organic compounds (represented glucose). The structures, elemental components and morphologies characterized using X-ray diffraction diffractometer, scanning electron microscope transmission microscope. behaviors in the buffer glucose solutions measured cyclic votammetry amperometry with different optical powers. modification decreases photocurrents solution increases current response glucose. Both background photocurrent decrease increase are benefit compounds. When was used as target compound, optimized sensor achieved a sensitivity 0.327 μA/μM (0.417 μA·cm−2·μM−1), linear range from 0 1300 μM calculated limit 5.7 μM. Mechanisms studied measuring absorption hydroxyl radical HO· productivity. transfer holes direct oxidation led (lower reaction rate water splitting nanosheets) (higher compounds).
