摘要: Cichoric acid, a caffeic acid derivative found in Echinacea purpurea, basil, and chicory, has been reported to have bioactive effects, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, preventing insulin resistance. In this study, explore the effects of CA on regulating resistance chronic inflammatory responses, model was constructed by glucosamine HepG2 cells. stimulated glucosamine-mediated glucose uptake stimulating translocation transporter 2. Moreover, production reactive oxygen, expression COX-2 iNOS, mRNA levels TNF-α IL-6 were attenuated. Furthermore, verified promote inhibited inflammation through PI3K/Akt, NF-κB, MAPK signaling pathways These results implied that could increase uptake, improve resistance, attenuate glucosamine-induced inflammation, suggesting is potential natural nutraceutical with antidiabetic properties anti-inflammatory effects.
