摘要: With the recent findings of excellent emission and absorption characteristics in carbon nanotubes (CNTs), new CMP prototypes with on-chip antennas are now available.Wireless NoC becomes a promising technique among all interconnection alternatives. By using recursively defined structure, two-tier hybrid wireless/wired WCube [1] interconnecting network scales exponentially logical connection degree wireless router. uses dimension-ordered strategy to avoid deadlock wormhole routing. It however suffers unreachable problem partial i.e., if original recursive topology is not strictly maintained, routing algorithm does work due missing paths. To address WCube, we design an (called APW) which prohibits turns adaptively according structure irregular WCube. We proved that proposed policy APW guarantees reachability any structures as well keeping deadlock-free. We further adapt achieve DAPW alleviate uneven traffic some cases, prohibited different positions each abstract cycle. conduct comprehensive simulations GEM5 evaluate this design. The results show our successfully solve significantly outperforms terms latency, throughout power consumption.
