摘要: Gas-solids contacting in risers has been studied based on measurements of mass transfer controlled CO oxidation over a Pt/γ-alumina catalyst, and experimental results published by Ouyang et al. (1995) for the kinetically ozone decomposition. In present experiments, catalyst activity was varied mixing active particles with similar, but inert γ-alumina (in ratios from 150 to 2500 m3inert/m3cat), whereas co-workers operating temperature (de 300 500 K). Mass occurs at temperatures above 750 K. A negative square root dependency observed relationship between Sherwood number solid hold-up. Increasing gas velocity always improves gas-solids contacting. The local appears be an important parameter. As conclusion work, it can stated that high activity, conversion rate per unit volume decreases significantly due depletion reactant.
