摘要: Abstract Fibre digestion in vivo was studied eight species of arthropods. The highest degree fibre (61–65%) measured Schistocerca gregaria , Eurycanta calcarata and larvae Pachnoda marginata . This approximates the mammalian hindgut fermenters. presence propionic acid, butyric i -valeric different compartments intestinal tract arthropods appeared to be a good indicator microbial fermentation. From results it becomes clear that strategies can followed for degradation fibres. Cellulolytic enzymes produced by symbiotic microorganisms. In P. larvae, result this activity. On other hand, S. E. which possess low numbers bacteria their tract, degrade fibres with aid endogenously enzymes. origin cellulolytic did not influence efficiency digestion.
