摘要: The covalent immobilization of laccase on an inorganic ceramic support was investigated. intention to find a system enzyme and reactor for universal procedure. Laccase from Trametes versicolor as model chosen. special honeycomb structure the monolith can be applied intensive mixing reaction compounds. An appropriate with material constructed allowing different setup its application. To test success immobilization, 2,2-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) used. immobilized found stable over time period 3 months. As example possible application treatment wastewater containing dyes, conversion nuclear fast red substrate tested.
