摘要: The purpose of this work was to investigate the effects niflumic acid (NFA), a chloride channel blocker, on proliferation human hepatoma cell line (HHCC). Cell analyzed by count and MTT assay. cycle analysis carried out flow cytometry. [Ca(2+)](i) determined laser scanning confocal system. It found that NFA decreased significantly number optical density (OD) HHCC cells, OD value reversed after washout NFA. Compared with control, blocked progression in G(1) phase. Extracellular application (100 micromol/L) induced rapid decrease [Ca(2+)](i). These findings demonstrate blockage channels induces growth arrest phase, which may be due inhibition Ca(2+)/CaM-dependent signaling pathways.
