摘要: A nine year old girl, diagnosed of obsessive-compulsive disorder is presented. After a science class she started fearing to suffer from appendicitis, and other conditions as well compulsive rituals cleaning obsessions that impaired her familiar social life. Diagnostic criteria pharmacological psychological treatment are discussed.
