摘要: A silicon steel single crystal with initial Goss orientation, i.e. the {110} was cold rolled up to 89 % thickness reduction. Most of volume rotates into two symmetrical equivalent {111} orientations. However, a weak component is still present after high strain, although orientation mechanically instable under plane strain loading. Two types Goss-oriented volumes are found in highly deformed material. We suggest that their origin different. The regions observed within shear bands form during rolling process. In contrast, those inside microbands survive rolling.
