摘要: Abstract Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) is a heterodimeric transcription consisting α and β subunits. It critically involved in cancer cell hypoxia adaptation, glycolysis, angiogenesis. HIF-1β associated with HIF-1 functions as dimerization partner of HIF-1α, on the other hand carcinogenesis via dioxin signaling. Regulation protein expression was investigated human prostate (PCA) cells. expressed constitutively under nonhypoxic conditions all PCA cells tested, up-regulated by hypoxia, CoCl 2 , EGF, serum, or PMA moderate levels. Compared to that constitutive, serum-, EGF-, PMA-increased were also inhibited selective PI3K FRAP/TOR inhibitors but higher doses. Hypoxia partially reversed dose dependent inhibition HIF-1β. These results suggest HIF-1α share common signaling pathways for nuclear accumulation.
