摘要: A novel method for the determination of 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) in bean sprouts and Hg2+ drinking mineral water by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) was described. 6-BA exhibits obvious SERS signal using substrate silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), presence could cause decrease 6-BA. The effects type aggregation agent, level pH buffer solution, amount AgNPs, mixing time, concentration 6-BA, reaction time on signals were investigated. Under optimized experimental conditions, good linear responses obtained ranges 10–200 μg L−1 5–200 L−1, respectively.
