摘要: ABSTRACTThe presence of pesticide residues in crops is a significant public concern. Due to the large number samples and pesticides, reliable, simple, cost-effective, high-throughput analytic method required. In this study, we developed gold nanoparticle (GNP) immunochromatographic assay (ICA) for rapid detection 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) bean sprouts. A monoclonal antibody against 6-BA, having half-maximum inhibition concentration 2.25 ng/mL, was labeled with GNPs fixed onto glass fiber membrane create conjugate pad. Coating antigen goat anti-mouse were sprayed nitrocellulose form test line control line, respectively. The visual limit cutoff ICA 10 80 ng/g sprouts, results obtained within min naked eye. Therefore, tool on-site screening 6-BA
