Les critères d’évaluation des cancers broncho-pulmonaires: Comment apprécier la qualité de vie en cancérologie pulmonaire ?

摘要: Resume La majorite des traitements medicaux cancers bronchiques est utilisee dans un but palliatif, compte tenu du diagnostic a stade avance de la maladie plus 50 % cas. L’evaluation l’efficacite ces therapeutiques se fait sur criteres habituels : reponse, mediane survie, survie 1 an, toxicites, mais aussi recemment etudes qualite vie et echelles symptomes. Les differents « » sont presentes ainsi que leurs difficultes d’application d’interpretation biais possibles. En pratique quotidienne, seules les symptomatiques utilisables, associees aux demandes appreciations patient qui doivent rester au centre preoccupations medicales, le devenant partenaire decisions therapeutiques.
