摘要: Existing studies on human development and women’s labour force participation rate shows mixed results. Some have found that influences while other there is no relationship between rate. This paper uses data from the United Nations Development Programme, World Bank Asian database to empirically determine whether in Fiji. The findings of this study confirm both short run long run. Currently, most immediate need Fiji review existing education policies are targeted towards different gender minority groups so these can effectively contribute developing an egalitarian society.
