摘要: Object The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence developmental canal stenosis in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM), and correlation between surgical results degree stenosis. Methods A total 112 who eventually had treatment for CSM were evaluated. Male whose sagittal spinal diameter < 14 mm females 13 even at one level classified as having Two groups used study; “positive” group (57 cases) included preoperatively, whereas “negative” (55 excluded such patients. Lateral functional radiographs obtained 2 compared range motion clinical results. Results Developmental found 50.9% all cases. Based on results, there no significant difference groups.
