摘要: Epigenetic regulation of genes by DNA methylation contributes to cancer. The present study sought identify changes in the promoters E-cadherin and p14ARF, two with potential cancer roles promoting skin squamous cell carcinoma. Skin carcinoma specimens were collected from 40 patients normal tissues 30 individuals as controls. Promoter was detected for p14ARF methylation-specific PCR.
