摘要: Polyurethane is a versatile plastic with several industrial applications in the modern life, but it considered as very recalcitrant material. Biodegradation of this has been poorly explored, and most studies that have published focus on bacterial enzymes. In work, some fungi capacity growing polyurethane foam nutrient source were isolated from sands contaminated DIA/UAdeC collection, testing their ability to grow sole carbon nitrogen sources enzymatic activities determined specific media well invasion agar plates. 22 fungal strains demonstrated polyurethane. Among evaluate, common was urease activity (95% strains).Protease, esterase laccase present 86%, 50% 36% respectively. The great use opens an important opportunity study at detail biodegradation plastic, clear implications cell biology environmental technology.
