Electrical Properties of Lead Zinc Niobate - Lead Zirconate Titanate Thick Films Formed by Aerosol Deposition Process

摘要: Lead zinc niobate (PZN) added lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thick films with thickness of 5~10 μm were fabricated on silicon and sapphire substrates using aerosol deposition method. The contents PZN varied from 0, 20 40 %. as deposited film had fairly dense microstructure without any crack, showed only a perovskite single phase formed nano-sized grains. as-deposited annealed at temperatures 700oC, the 900oC in electrical furnace. effects addition microstructural evolution observed FE-SEM HR-TEM, dielectric ferroelectric properties characterized impedance analyzer Sawyer-Tower circuit, respectively. PZT poor than pure when coated substrate other hand, higher remanent polarization constant values then 900oC. characteristics 20% comparable obtained bulk ceramic specimen same composition sintered 1200oC.
