摘要: Although a limited number of studies have been conducted on the use externally bonded composites for torsional retrofit or strengthening reinforced concrete (RC) members, very few are available repair. This paper evaluates method repairing severely damaged RC columns subjected to moment using carbon fiber polymer (CFRP) composites. A half-scale column that was previously tested failure under constant axial load and cyclic repaired with CFRP rapid methodology. sheets fibers oriented in both transverse longitudinal directions were applied restore strength ductility its original condition. study demonstrates this can be used performance columns. Contributions resistance evaluated, repair design is discussed.
