摘要: Abstract Research on rapid repair of reinforced concrete (RC) columns has been limited to with slight or moderate damage. Moreover, few studies have conducted severely damaged columns, particularly buckled fractured reinforcing bars. In those studies, however, the techniques used involve considerable time and effort are not considered “rapid”. The goal this study was develop an effective technique rapidly RC for temporary service use externally bonded carbon fiber polymer (CFRP). This paper describes retest three half-scale square bridge within 4 5 days. Damage each column included longitudinal bars, one had bars near base. repairs were designed restore strength using transverse CFRP. A novel anchorage system anchor CFRP footing. illustrates effectiveness limitations technique. found be successful in restoring without but only partially located base because limitations.
