摘要: Abstract An emergency repair technique for a reinforced concrete (RC) bridge column that had buckled and fractured longitudinal bars was developed assessed through an experimental study. The involved removing loose concrete, casting grout, cutting trench around the base of in footing, embedding carbon fiber polymer (CFRP) strips flexural reinforcement, building jacket from prefabricated thin CFRP laminate, lowering into bonding composites to footing with pressurized epoxy, restoring strength externally bonded sheets. repaired tested failure under constant axial load cyclic lateral resulting combined flexure, shear, torsional moment loading. Test results showed method successful seismic performance terms deformation capacity.
